We strongly believe that growth and sustainability go hand-in-hand and sustainability is at center of everything we do at Celltech. Global and local demands for reduced emissions and increased sustainability have made sustainable products and solutions a competitive advantage in our industry. We design and manufacture sustainable products that support our customers to build equipment, vehicles and operations that same time increase our customer’s business value and lower impact on climate change.

Celltech is also fully committed to have positive impact on people that work at us and in our suppliers and partners throughout the world. Our environmental work is conducted within the framework of our business concept and is to be integrated well into all our decisions. By developing more sustainable products and solutions, enabling our customers to reduce their impact on the climate and the environment, we generate value both for our customers and for society.

We generally strive to minimize waste, prevent emissions, and take environmental performance into account in all our operations. As a minimum requirement, we always comply with local laws and regulations. Assuming responsibility that extends beyond our own operations is also important to us. In our Code of Conduct, we therefore require that our suppliers defend the environment in their production. We regularly review their efforts to promote sustainable development. These assessments provide us with an overview of how our suppliers work with environmental issues and allow us to perceive opportunities to implement shared improvements where feasible.

We take pride that our employees stay with the company for a long time. We want to maintain long-term relationships with our employees and offer secure forms of employment, a favorable work environment and individual development opportunities. Continuous skills development is important for us and we offer tailored training through our own business school, that is available to all employees.

We defend human rights and require that from all our partners and suppliers also. As a minimum, comply with the minimum requirements under national legislation with regard to labor law. We apply zero tolerance regarding forced labor and work actively to prevent regulatory violations within our operations or value chain.
